Salary: USD 155,000 - 165,000 / annual

Extreme Reach is seeking a Sales Director, Linear to drive growth across its Linear business segment in an assigned territory. The role owns the commercial strategy for Linear services including TV distribution, captioning, clearance, traffic, and related media services. You will manage a portfolio of advertisers, agencies, and enterprise accounts, with responsibility for retaining and expanding Linear revenue while leveraging those relationships to increase adoption of the broader XR platform. Key responsibilities include: retaining and growing Linear revenue across assigned accounts; leading customer renewals and identifying expansion opportunities; developing strategies to win back competitive business; prospecting and acquiring new customers; building relationships with senior decision-makers in Marketing, Media, Operations, and Procurement; driving growth across the Linear portfolio (TV Distribution, Clearance, Accessibility, Traffic, Production Services); identifying cross-platform opportunities within XR's broader suite (Digital Ad Serving, Creative Management, Asset Management, Talent and Rights, Measurement); partnering cross-functionally with Segment Sales, Product, Partnerships, Ad Operations, and Customer Success; serving as commercial lead for assigned accounts; and maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts using CRM, Power BI, and AI-driven insights. Success is measured by Linear revenue growth, customer retention, competitive win-backs, new customer acquisition, share-of-wallet expansion, cross-platform revenue, pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: 5–7+ years of B2B sales experience in ad delivery, media, digital platforms, or technology services; demonstrated success managing ~$5M+ revenue portfolios and achieving $1.5M+ annual quotas; strong solution-selling and discovery skills; experience selling to marketing, operations, or procurement functions within mid-market or large enterprise clients; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; proficiency with Salesforce and sales enablement tools (e.g., ZoomInfo); ability to travel ~30% for client meetings and industry events; experience in media, marketing tech, or AdTech ecosystems preferred; prior exposure to segmented territory models and GTM transformation preferred; familiarity with ABM or intent-based selling approaches preferred. The role reports to the SVP, Linear and is based in New York City with hybrid flexibility (3 days onsite per week).
