Sierra is building an AI platform to help businesses create better, more human customer experiences. The company was founded by Bret Taylor (former Salesforce co-CEO, Facebook CTO, Google Maps co-creator) and Clay Bavor (18-year Google veteran who led Google Labs, AR/VR, and Google Workspace). As Sales Director, you will lead enterprise sales efforts targeting large customers and prospects, with a specific focus on the Brazilian market (requiring professional fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English). You will own the full sales cycle for complex 6- and 7-figure ACV deals, managing relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
Key responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation through research, networking, and cold outreach; building and maintaining relationships with major customers; negotiating and closing complex enterprise deals; developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets; and helping define Sierra's sales motion and GTM function as an early-stage sales leader. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, technical, and operations teams.
You bring 8-12+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record managing $1M+ quotas and closing large, complex deals. You have exceptional communication skills, an analytical mindset, and strong prospecting capabilities. Ideally, you have familiarity with the AI landscape and experience building GTM strategies from scratch or early-stage growth.
