Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Sales Development Representative based in Warsaw, Poland to generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead discovery. In this role, you will initiate telephone and email contact with prospects in your assigned territory, utilize internal and third-party tools to identify leads and white space, and provide support to qualified prospects with product information and quotations. You'll meet monthly KPIs tracked via Salesforce, participate in call-out days and customer events with sales colleagues, maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems, and contribute to team training and onboarding of new sales associates.
You bring proficiency in both German and English for clear communication, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, efficiency with MS Office tools, and knowledge of the virtualization industry. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Bonus skills include Salesforce proficiency and French language knowledge (minimum B2 level).
