Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Sales Development Representative based in Prague to generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead discovery. You will identify prospects in your assigned territory using internal and external tools, provide support with product information and quotations, and help drive commercial success.
Key responsibilities include initiating telephone and email contact to identify new commercial opportunities, utilizing tools to generate leads and discover white space, providing follow-up support to qualified prospects with product details and quotations, and meeting monthly KPIs tracked via Salesforce. You will participate in call-out days, events, and customer meetings with sales colleagues, maintain accurate lead information and activity records in CRM systems, and contribute to team training and onboarding of new sales associates.
You bring proficiency in both German and English for clear communication, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail in maintaining accurate records, and efficiency with MS Office automation tools. A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required, along with knowledge of the virtualization industry and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Bonus skills include Salesforce proficiency and French language knowledge (minimum B2 level).
