As a Sales Development Representative, you will be part of the Sales team responsible for responding to incoming customer queries and helping prospects understand how Remote's Global HR Platform can meet their employment needs. You'll work under the Manager of Outbound Sales Development within the EMEA region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to, engaging with, and qualifying both outbound leads and inbound inquiries
- Sourcing new sales prospects and conducting outreach to book appointments for Account Executives
- Communicating Remote's value propositions clearly and understanding prospect needs to identify fit
- Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts
- Cold calling prospects from various sources
- Identifying key decision-makers, researching business requirements, and presenting solutions to initiate sales cycles
- Providing support to the Account Executive team as needed
- Educating and developing prospects for handoff to sales teams
You should have proven B2B SaaS SDR experience with demonstrated success using core sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha). You'll need exceptional communication skills—both written and oral—with a strong phone presence, strategic and tactical thinking ability, and the self-motivation to work independently in a remote environment. Fluency in English is required. Remote experience is a plus but not required.
