Nivoda is a rapidly scaling B2B diamond and gemstone marketplace connecting jewellery retailers with suppliers worldwide, processing $300M+ in annual transactions. The platform democratizes access to high-quality inventory for businesses of all sizes, from independent jewellers to major retail chains. As a Sales Development Representative, you are the front-line engine of the sales machine. You will manage inbound leads and execute outbound prospecting, qualifying opportunities quickly and booking confirmed demos for the Account Executive team. Your ownership ends when the demo is scheduled and confirmed. This is a high-velocity, transactional sales role following a SaaS SDR playbook: tight cadences, high activity volume, sharp qualification, and relentless follow-up. You will run multichannel sequences across phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, working a CRM with discipline and measured weekly on activity and demos held. Key responsibilities include: converting inbound leads within SLA (minutes, not hours) to booked demos; building and executing outbound sequences against target retailer lists with personalization at speed; qualifying hard on buyer type, purchase volume, intent, and timeline; booking and protecting demos with reminders and pre-demo touches; maintaining immaculate CRM hygiene with every touch logged and lead dispositioned; and feeding learnings back on objections, messaging, and converting segments. You bring 1–3 years of SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR experience with transactional, high-volume motion and short cycles. You are a killer on the phone and crisp in writing, comfortable with 60–80+ meaningful touches daily. You are process-driven, living in cadences and CRM discipline rather than fighting them. You are coachable and resilient, treating "no" as data and maintaining energy throughout the month. Native or professional English proficiency is required; jewellery knowledge is not. Nivoda offers a collaborative, high-growth environment with flexible working hours, unlimited holiday allowance, continuous learning opportunities, and the chance to contribute during exponential expansion.
