LangChain is hiring Sales Development Representatives to join the founding SDR team. The company builds the agent engineering platform and open-source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agents) that developers use to build, evaluate, deploy, and operate AI agents at scale. With 100M+ monthly open-source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and adoption across 35% of the Fortune 500 (including Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater), LangChain is at an inflection point.
In this role, you'll convert high inbound interest and targeted outbound demand into qualified pipeline and opportunities. You'll follow up with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to uncover fit, needs, and potential value. You'll partner closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure a smooth buyer experience. A key differentiator: you'll use LangChain and LangGraph-powered agents to automate list building, enrichment, and outreach, freeing you to focus on high-impact prospecting and conversations with teams exploring agentic AI.
You'll capture and share insights from conversations to inform sales plays, product roadmap, and agent development. You'll experiment with new channels, messaging, and automation to continuously increase conversion and efficiency. This role is designed for someone who treats outreach like a craft and is excited about leveraging modern sales tech and AI tools to shape how next-generation GTM teams operate.
Work hours are aligned with the APAC region (2pm–10pm PST). You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
