As a Sales Development Representative based in Barcelona, you will drive growth in the Spanish market by filling the sales funnel and qualifying leads for the Perk platform. You'll conduct outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social channels to engage potential customers, focusing on decision-makers such as Office Managers, Finance, Operations, and Travel Managers. Your responsibilities include qualifying leads, booking meetings for Sales Executives, understanding prospect needs, communicating the Perk value proposition, maintaining accurate Salesforce records, and collaborating with Marketing on lead generation strategies.
You should be a native Spanish speaker fluent in English with strong phone communication and credibility-building skills. Experience with B2B solution selling and short sales cycles is essential. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, customer-centric, proactive, and capable of independent work while thriving in a collaborative team environment. You must have legal authorization to work in Spain.
Perk operates on an in-person-first model with teams working together 3 days per week at the Barcelona hub.
