Searchable is building AI-powered search visibility tools to help brands understand and optimize their presence as AI systems reshape information discovery. The company is backed by leading investors, has strong product-market fit, and is at a pivotal growth stage. You'll own the top of the funnel for SMB accounts across the U.S., managing the full journey from first touch to booked demo. This is a high-velocity role: inbound sign-ups require responses in minutes, not days, and you'll run significantly more conversations weekly than typical SDRs. You'll qualify prospects quickly—often within two questions—to determine demo worthiness. You'll be prospecting into a nascent category (AI search optimization) where most businesses recognize the opportunity but lack internal expertise or agency support. This creates a clear value conversation. Key responsibilities include owning inbound lead response (speed to lead is critical), running high-volume outbound across email, LinkedIn, and phone, building and testing sequences, qualifying consistently to protect sales team time, partnering with marketing on campaigns and ICP targeting, tracking daily metrics and iterating, and feeding prospect insights back to marketing and product. You'll be one of the first U.S. SDRs (with an existing London team), reporting to the Head of GTM and working closely with the U.S. sales team, marketing, and leadership. The ideal candidate has proven SDR experience in high-velocity SaaS, understands how small businesses buy software (quickly, price-conscious, self-directed), maintains quality at high daily volume, has a track record of hitting/exceeding targets, is hands-on with CRM and sequencing platforms, knows qualification frameworks (BANT), and thrives in fast-moving environments. You sell to pain, not features; qualify out as rigorously as you qualify in; build playbooks rather than just execute them; and are motivated by daily scorecards and KPIs. First 90 days: Week 1 includes tool/product learning and pairing with CEO/Head of GTM on inbound/outbound; by day 14 you handle inbound independently and run your own sequences; by day 60 you're booking demos the sales team wants at a forecastable rate; by day 90 you're sourcing 12+ qualified demos monthly.
