Searchable is building AI-powered search visibility solutions for brands navigating the new landscape of AI-driven discovery platforms like ChatGPT. The company is backed by leading investors and at an exciting early stage with strong product-market fit and rapid growth.
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll own the top of the funnel for this fast-moving early-stage company. Your core responsibility is hunting, qualifying, and passing high-quality opportunities to the GTM team, filling the pipeline with deals worth closing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cold outreach and inbound lead management across enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Full-cycle ownership from initial contact through booked meetings
- Multi-channel prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone) with proven ability to get responses
- Building, testing, and refining multi-channel sequences for maximum conversion
- Account mapping and multi-threading strategies for enterprise deals
- Qualification using frameworks like MEDDIC or BANT
- Collaboration with marketing on cohort campaigns, webinars, and ICP targeting
- Performance tracking and rapid iteration based on data
- Reporting to the SDR Lead and contributing to sales playbook development
You'll work closely with the SDR Lead to develop top-of-funnel strategy and shape how the company scales new business. This is a ground-floor opportunity at a company moving fast in a rapidly expanding market.
Ideal candidates have proven SDR or outbound sales experience, track records of hitting pipeline targets, and comfort with high agency and self-direction. You should understand qualification discipline, sell to pain rather than features, and lead with value in every interaction. Experience with SaaS, AI-adjacent products, selling to VP/C-suite buyers, or building outbound sequences is a strong plus. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, CRM and sequencing platform proficiency, and adaptability in fast-moving environments.
