Datadog is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to prospect, qualify, and generate customer leads for the Nordics region, based in Dublin. You will work with IT and Technology innovators across markets to help them recognize Datadog's impact in their digital transformation and cloud migration journeys.
In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with various Datadog teams to drive initial prospect qualification and schedule discovery meetings. You'll develop and implement strategies for acquiring new business through outbound outreach via cold calling and emailing prospective customers. You'll learn and follow a well-defined sales methodology to identify each customer's unique needs and contribute to Datadog's overall business growth.
You are motivated by a career in sales with an innate curiosity to learn and a desire to succeed alongside teammates. Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian, or Swedish) is required. You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable learning from rejection as part of the sales process.
