As a Sales Development Representative based in Vilnius, you will be the growth engine driving Airwallex's pipeline expansion. Working closely with the SME (Growth) Account Executive team, you'll qualify leads and manage early-stage sales funnel activities. Your core responsibilities include initiating contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, chat, and social media; developing relationships through effective questioning to uncover needs; presenting product information once needs are identified; and arranging meetings between qualified prospects and sales professionals.
You'll execute designed customer journey touchpoints, follow up with interested prospects who haven't yet converted, and maintain accurate CRM records while meeting SLAs. A key part of the role involves testing various outreach strategies and providing feedback to the Marketing team to improve targeting and messaging. You'll actively participate in developing demand generation processes, refining Airwallex's value proposition, and creating sales tools and assets.
The role offers significant upside through a commission structure tied to won opportunities. You'll work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Vilnius office.
