Nivoda is a rapidly scaling B2B diamond and gemstone marketplace connecting jewellery retailers with suppliers worldwide, processing $300M+ in annual transactions. The company is transforming a $350B industry by democratizing access to high-quality inventory and removing traditional barriers for independent jewellers and retail chains.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the front line of the sales machine, converting inbound leads and hunting outbound prospects to book qualified demos for Account Executives. This is a high-velocity, transactional sales role following a SaaS SDR playbook with tight cadences and high activity volume.
Key responsibilities include: working inbound leads within SLA and converting them to booked demos; building and executing outbound sequences against target retailer lists with personalization at speed; qualifying leads rigorously based on buyer type, purchase volume, intent, and timeline; booking, confirming, and protecting demos to reduce no-shows; maintaining immaculate CRM hygiene with every touch logged and lead dispositioned; and feeding learnings back to the team on objections, messaging, and converting segments.
You will run multichannel sequences across phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, handling 60–80+ meaningful touches daily. Your role ends when the demo is booked and confirmed—everything before that moment is yours to own.
Required qualifications: 1–3 years in a SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR role with transactional, high-volume motion experience; strong phone skills and crisp writing ability; process-driven mindset with comfort in cadences and CRM discipline; coachability and resilience to treat rejection as data; native or professional proficiency in both English and Italian. Jewellery industry knowledge is not required; hunger and rigour are.
Nivoda offers flexible working hours, remote work, unlimited holiday allowance, and significant growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding, low-hierarchy company culture.
