As a Sales Development Representative, you are the front line of the sales machine. You will work inbound leads within SLA (minutes, not hours) and convert them to booked demos. You'll build and execute outbound sequences against target retailer lists, personalizing at speed. Your core responsibilities include qualifying prospects hard (right buyer type, purchase volume, intent, timeline), booking and confirming demos while reducing no-shows, maintaining immaculate CRM hygiene with every touch logged, and feeding learnings back to the team on objections, messaging, and converting segments.
This is a high-velocity, transactional sales role following a SaaS SDR playbook: tight cadences, high activity volume (60–80+ meaningful touches per day), sharp qualification, and relentless follow-up. You will run multichannel sequences across phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, working with discipline in the CRM and measured weekly on activity and demos held.
You bring 1–3 years in a SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR role with transactional, high-volume motion experience. You are a killer on the phone and crisp in writing, process-driven, coachable, and resilient—treating "no" as data and maintaining energy throughout the month. Native or professional proficiency in both English and German is required. Jewellery knowledge is not required; hunger and rigour are.
