Salary: CAD 46,300 - 61,300 / annual
Jobber is a software platform helping small home service businesses (plumbers, painters, landscapers) manage quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and payments. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, qualifying leads from trial users and building excitement for conversations with Account Executives.
You'll connect with prospects via phone, text, and email—expect to dial 100+ calls daily. Your role is to understand customer needs, assess fit, and hand off qualified leads to the AE team. You'll track information in Salesforce, participate in learning opportunities, and compete in monthly/quarterly sales contests (SPIFs).
Success requires previous sales experience (retail, tech, electronics backgrounds welcome), self-starter mentality, resilience in the face of rejection, strong collaboration skills, adaptability, and confident communication. You'll report to a Manager, Sales Development, with regular 1:1s focused on coaching and long-term growth.

Compensation is transparent and fixed: base salary of $46,300 plus uncapped monthly commission (OTE $61,300). The total package includes equity, annual health/wellness stipends, retirement matching, and extended health coverage. Note: This is an evergreen posting building a talent pipeline for future openings. Multiple shift options available (Monday-Thursday 11am-8pm MST, Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm MST, or Sunday-Thursday 8am-5pm MST).
