Salary: EUR 70,000 - 75,000 / annual
Horizon3 is a fast-growing cybersecurity company on a mission to help organizations proactively identify and fix exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. The flagship product, NodeZero, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and security assessments that scale across internal, external, cloud, and hybrid environments. The company was founded in 2019 by former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and cybersecurity practitioners.
As a Sales Development Representative based in Amsterdam, you will be a key member of the growing EMEA sales organization. Your primary responsibility is to expand the customer base by generating qualified leads and connecting prospects with the right sales representatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and secure new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, compelling emails, social media engagement, and multiple communication channels
- Promptly follow up with inbound leads to ensure no opportunity is missed
- Use professional communication skills to create strong first impressions and develop effective prospecting strategies
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Seamless.ai to identify potential opportunities and coordinate handoffs with assigned reps
- Manage scheduling and calendaring of sales calls, emails, and other engagements
- Track leads and execute with agility through consistent follow-up
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Operations) on sales initiatives
- Stay informed about product and service information to answer customer questions
- Monitor and strive to exceed sales goals and targets
Required qualifications:
- Up to 1 year of experience in a Sales Development role
- Prior experience in information security, cybersecurity, or SaaS
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of online privacy, security standards, and product compliance
- Experience with tools like Outreach.io, Zoominfo, and Salesforce CRM
- Fluency in English and French
- Problem-solving qualities with entrepreneurial, creative, and collaborative instincts
The role is hybrid based in the Amsterdam office with occasional travel within EMEA. Compensation includes a competitive salary (OTE €70,000-€75,000 with 60/40 split), equity package in stock options, health/vision/dental insurance, flexible vacation, and generous parental leave.
