AirOps is a full-service platform helping brands get discovered and recommended by AI search agents like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. As the market shifts from traditional search to AI-driven discovery, AirOps enables category leaders (Ramp, Chime, Airbnb, ServiceNow, Rippling) to maintain visibility and accelerate growth. You will be AirOps' first dedicated EMEA Sales Development Representative, owning the full outbound motion across the region—UK, DACH, Nordics, Benelux, France, Southern Europe, and beyond. This is a founding EMEA SDR role with direct impact on international scaling. Key responsibilities include: developing and executing creative outreach strategies to build pipeline across multiple European markets; conducting discovery calls that map prospect pain points to AirOps' AI capabilities; serving as the first face of AirOps to EMEA buyers and building authentic relationships with decision-makers; working closely with Account Executives to ensure qualified handoffs; maintaining clean, actionable CRM data; and thriving in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment. You bring 0–1 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with strong outreach skills (cold calls, personalized emails, strategic LinkedIn outreach). You have high emotional intelligence, active listening ability, and a bias for action. You own your outcomes and have a track record of completing projects. Ideally, you have hands-on experience with AI tools—coding, scripting, or "vibe-coding" platforms like Claude Code, Cursor, or Lovable—beyond basic LLM usage. Fluency in a European language (German, French, Spanish, Dutch, or Nordic) is a nice-to-have. Based hybrid out of the central London office, reporting to Sales leadership. Compensation: £65–80K OTE (60/40 split). Equity, flexible time off, parental leave, and competitive benefits included.
