You will join the Sales team as a Sales Development Representative focused on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Reporting to the Manager of Outbound Sales Development, you will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying new sales prospects, conducting outbound prospecting, and booking appointments for Account Executives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to and qualifying inbound leads and outbound inquiries
- Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to schedule meetings with Account Executives
- Communicating Remote's value propositions and understanding prospect needs to assess fit
- Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts
- Cold calling prospects from various sources
- Identifying key decision-makers, researching business requirements, and presenting solutions to initiate sales cycles
- Supporting the Account Executive team as needed
- Educating and developing prospects for handoff to sales teams
You bring proven B2B SaaS SDR experience with strong sales tools proficiency (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo). You are fluent in English and German, essential for the DACH market. You demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strategic and tactical thinking, and self-motivation. You are comfortable with rejection, maintain urgency around goals, and bring new ideas proactively. Experience with remote work, automation, and AI fluency are valued. You are a self-starter with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
