As a Sales Development Representative for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you will be a key member of the Sales team, reporting to the Manager of Outbound Sales Development. Your primary focus will be sourcing and qualifying new sales prospects to build a pipeline for Account Executives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing new sales prospects and conducting outbound outreach to book meetings for Account Executives
- Responding to and qualifying inbound leads and inquiries
- Communicating Remote's value propositions and understanding prospect needs to assess fit
- Creating and penetrating target prospect lists, with focus on key accounts in the DACH region
- Cold calling prospects from various sources and identifying key decision-makers
- Researching business requirements and presenting solutions to initiate sales cycles
- Supporting the Account Executive team as needed and educating prospects through the qualification process
You bring proven SDR experience in B2B SaaS, with strong proficiency in sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo). Fluency in both English and German is essential for this role. You are self-motivated, strategic, and tactical in your approach, with exceptional communication skills and a positive phone presence. You demonstrate strong automation and AI capabilities, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency around goals and deliverables. Remote work experience is a plus but not required.
