Noxus is building the process intelligence layer for enterprise AI labor. The company helps regulated enterprises redesign and run complex operations with AI workers that can read requests, understand documents, gather evidence, apply policies, request approvals, and write outcomes back into operational tools with full traceability. Unlike chatbots or narrow workflow tools, Noxus is the execution layer for designing, deploying, governing, and improving AI labor in production across legacy-heavy environments (SAP, Oracle, CRM platforms, policy systems, loan systems, claims platforms).
You will be hired as a foundational Sales Development Representative to build and scale Noxus' outbound sales motion across Europe and the Americas. Your core responsibility is identifying high-potential enterprise accounts, engaging senior buyers (COOs, CIOs, Heads of Operations, Transformation leaders, AI Operations teams), and creating qualified opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives.
Key responsibilities include: owning outbound prospecting into high-conviction enterprise accounts in financial services, fintech, lending, insurance, and other regulated industries; partnering with Account Executives to prioritize accounts based on fit, urgency, and strategic value; generating qualified pipeline through multi-channel outreach (cold calling, personalized email, LinkedIn, event follow-up, account-based campaigns); conducting deep research into operating models, transformation priorities, technology landscapes, and AI initiatives; acting as the first human touchpoint representing Noxus with clarity and commercial sharpness; using AI-powered workflows and sales tools for research and account prioritization; building fluency in Noxus' product, the enterprise AI market, and limitations of existing approaches (RPA, workflow tools, process mining); collaborating with Growth Marketing and Product Marketing to test messaging and refine outreach themes; feeding field signal back to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships; contributing to building the SDR playbook; and developing enterprise sales craft from discovery through account strategy.
You should have 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, commercial roles, recruiting, consulting, or similarly high-agency environments. Essential qualities include strong ambition to build a career in enterprise sales, excellent written and verbal communication, high curiosity about AI and enterprise software, comfort with outbound prospecting, strong research instincts, entrepreneurial mindset, interest in AI-assisted workflows, commercial judgment, resilience, coachability, and results orientation. Experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is helpful.
