Tines is a Dublin and Boston-headquartered intelligent workflow automation platform that powers critical business processes for companies like Canva, Databricks, Elastic, and McKesson. The platform combines AI, automation, and integration capabilities with a vendor-agnostic approach to connect any API-enabled service. As a Sales Development Representative for the North America region, you will be the first point of contact for prospecting new customer opportunities. Your role is to identify, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound prospecting via email, phone, social selling, and sales tools. You'll work closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Marketing to build pipeline and educate prospects on how Tines can improve their operational efficiency. In your first 0-6 months, you'll learn the Tines product, master sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Demandbase), build relationships across the sales organization, and execute targeted prospecting campaigns to qualified accounts. You'll create personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders and hit pipeline generation targets. Over months 6-24, you'll deepen your product and industry expertise, consistently exceed pipeline goals, expand your knowledge of the broader revenue function, and work with mentors on a promotion roadmap. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a track record of hitting goals, strong communication skills (phone and written), coachability, attention to detail, and curiosity. Preferred qualifications include at least nine months of business development, sales development, or customer-facing experience; technical background (CS, coding bootcamp, relevant certifications); and ability to understand and articulate automation and security/IT use cases. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in the Boston office. The company values Simplicity, Speed, and Soundness, and is looking for people passionate about building a SaaS company from the ground up and growing into future revenue leadership.
