Salary: GBP 49,500 - 68,000 / annual

Faire is a technology wholesale platform connecting independent retailers globally with brands and products. The company uses data and machine learning to modernize the fragmented wholesale market, helping local boutiques discover products and enabling brands to scale their wholesale businesses. As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and engage prospective French-speaking brands, develop outbound prospecting strategies, and generate qualified partnership opportunities for the Enterprise Account Executive team. This role offers flexibility in experience level—you may be developing foundational sales skills or independently managing complex prospecting motions depending on your background. Key responsibilities include: - Prospecting and identifying high-value brands that fit Faire's retailer base - Qualifying leads and applicant brands to contribute to brand growth - Developing creative outreach strategies (email, cold calls, social media, events) to identify customer needs and gaps - Building relationships with prospective customers and generating qualified opportunities for Account Executives - Using Salesforce and sales engagement platforms to track pipeline health and optimize outreach - Continuously improving approach through coaching, feedback, and performance data - Building foundational skills in prospecting, business development, and enterprise sales Required qualifications: - Fluency in French and English - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience - Passion for supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to interpret data through sales systems - Meticulous attention to detail and judgment in assessing brand fit - Comfort with fast-paced, high-potential environments and change Nice-to-have experience includes up to 2 years in sales, business development, retail, or customer-facing roles; outbound calling and objection handling; Salesforce or sales automation tools; exposure to e-commerce, retail, marketplaces, or technology; and an entrepreneurial mindset. The role is hybrid with 3 days per week in-office (Tuesdays, Thursdays, plus one flex day), with flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks annually.
