As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be a key driver of pipeline and revenue growth, working closely with the Account Executive team to engage business owners and C-level executives at major franchise and corporate groups. Your primary responsibility is setting demo appointments and conducting outbound prospecting to generate qualified opportunities.
Day-to-day responsibilities include cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement using Outreach and other prospecting tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to research and develop assigned accounts. You'll strategically plan prospecting activities with your paired Account Executive, manage your book of business, and support newer team members through shadowing and coaching.
This is a fully onsite, 5-day-per-week role in Lehi designed to foster close collaboration with the sales team and cross-functional partners. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative sales floor environment with daily interaction with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
You bring 1–2 years of relevant sales development experience, strong ability to articulate value propositions, address objections, and generate engagement with decision makers. You're a creative, strategic thinker who builds compelling business cases and generates buy-in both internally and externally.
