Sitetracker is seeking a Sales Development Representative to launch a new outbound sales motion for Scout, their enterprise AI agent platform. Scout automates field service and workforce management workflows, grounded in customer operational data, positioning it as a credible enterprise solution.
This is a founding role with significant autonomy and impact. You will partner with a dedicated Account Executive to build pipeline from scratch, targeting the installed base of field service management (ServiceMax, MaintainX, Procore) and workforce management platforms where customers are actively seeking AI capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building the outbound go-to-market strategy and account-based approach for your territory from the ground up
- Generating high-quality, qualified leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, and social channels
- Mapping enterprise accounts, navigating multi-stakeholder structures, and executing tailored strategies for Tier 1 accounts
- Testing and refining messaging hypotheses, feeding back what works and what needs to pivot
- Positioning Scout as a strategic entry point into the broader Sitetracker platform
- Maintaining disciplined CRM hygiene and consistent daily prospecting rhythm
You will need proven experience generating outbound pipeline for complex SaaS solutions, ideally in field service management or adjacent operational software. Strong enterprise navigation skills, familiarity with sales frameworks like MEDDPICC, and the ability to research and understand how target companies make money are essential.
This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset—comfort with ambiguity, territory ownership, and pace. You'll thrive in a small founding team environment, collaborating closely with your AE, marketing, and sales leadership. High resilience, stamina for high-rejection environments, and a collaborative instinct are non-negotiable. The market window is open now; speed and urgency matter.
