Sage Health is building a modern fall prevention and emergency response system for senior living facilities, combining hardware and software to improve care and quality of life for older adults. The company is on a mission to replace archaic systems with intelligent solutions that help residents alert caregivers and enable staff to triage responses effectively.
You will be one of the first Sales Development Representatives, tasked with building the SDR function from the ground up. This is a foundational role where your contributions will directly shape the outbound sales motion, define processes, and establish playbooks that future team members will follow. You'll have high visibility to executives and direct mentorship, positioning this as a career accelerant for growth into Account Executive or SDR leadership roles.
Key responsibilities include: driving targeted outbound prospecting into enterprise and mid-market senior living organizations; responding to inbound leads from the website, webinars, and events with speed and precision; conducting discovery to validate fit and uncover pain points; partnering with Account Executives on strategic account development; executing marketing campaign follow-up; maintaining CRM excellence; testing new messaging and cadences; and sharing field insights with Sales and Marketing to refine ICP definition and conversion strategies.
You'll need 1-3 years of Sales Development or Business Development experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, hardware, or enterprise solutions. Experience prospecting into multi-stakeholder or regulated/operationally complex industries (healthcare, education, logistics) is valued. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential—you'll be engaging with director- and VP-level leaders. You should be comfortable balancing inbound and outbound workstreams and familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement tools.
