ReversingLabs is a software supply chain security and threat intelligence company protecting organizations against critical supply chain risks. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the engine of pipeline generation, executing outbound prospecting campaigns and qualifying inbound leads to drive revenue growth.
You will execute targeted outbound calling campaigns to prospective and existing customers, educating them on ReversingLabs' product and service offerings in the software supply chain security space. Your core responsibilities include generating high-quality meetings for assigned territories using proven sales techniques, following up on and qualifying inbound inquiries from web, email, and phone channels, and managing pipeline in Salesforce.com. You'll support marketing initiatives by driving attendance at webinars, field seminars, and trade shows, then proactively following up with registrants and attendees. You'll provide feedback to sales and marketing leadership on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, helping optimize demand generation programs.
Success requires meeting or exceeding monthly call volume targets and sales quotas, building deep product knowledge across ReversingLabs' solutions and competitive landscape, and continuously refining solution-selling techniques. You'll work closely with Field Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers and articulate value propositions to prospects and partners at all levels, including C-suite executives.
The ideal candidate brings a minimum of two years in sales, inside sales, or customer account management roles. You should be a high-energy, self-motivated individual with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building sales pipeline. Experience in cybersecurity is a plus, as is familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem, partner/channel sales models, and sales enablement tools like Salesforce.com and HubSpot. Excellent communication skills—phone, presentation, written, and listening—are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player.
