You will join Motive's Mexico Sales Development organization as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), serving as the front-line voice of the company. Your role is to identify qualified prospects, understand their operational challenges, and book high-value discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Driving qualified pipeline through prospecting and lead qualification against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Converting inbound leads (trial requests, content downloads, inquiries) with rapid speed-to-lead
- Executing multi-channel outbound campaigns (phone, email, social) to engage net-new accounts and decision-makers
- Educating prospects on how Motive connects physical operations, enhances fleet safety, and automates freight logistics
- Managing opportunities in Salesforce, tracking interactions, and executing follow-up cadences to maximize conversion
The team is built for versatility—during the interview process, you'll be placed in the SDR path (Inbound, Outbound, or Hybrid) where your strengths align best.
Required qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Excellent verbal and written communication with natural ability to connect and articulate value
- High energy, strong work ethic, and resilience to handle rejection while staying focused on goals
- Sales instincts and ability to listen actively
- Adaptability and ambition
This is a hybrid role based in Mexico City.
