Klue is hiring a Sales Development Representative (called "Account Specialist" internally) to join their competitive intelligence platform team in London. This is a hybrid role with office-first culture, working in-office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. In this role, you'll own the full prospecting and lead generation cycle. You'll build targeted prospect lists, conduct research on accounts, execute cold and warm outreach via phone and email, leverage LinkedIn for personalized outreach, and use AI tools to prospect at scale. You'll lead discovery calls with prospects, identify pain points, and articulate Klue's value proposition in real conversations. Beyond core prospecting, you'll have autonomy to work on special projects—evaluating new sales technology, improving processes, or interviewing other SDRs. Klue is looking for someone with proven sales experience (not necessarily SaaS) who has consistently met and exceeded targets. You're relentless in the face of adversity, self-driven without needing external motivation, naturally curious and eager to learn, and tech-savvy with a willingness to test new tools and approaches. You'll be an early adopter who shares learnings with the team. The company offers a structured 4-week foundational SDR onboarding program focused on building prospecting expertise. Growth is central to the culture—you'll have direct access to leadership, mentorship opportunities, and a clear path to mentor newer SDRs over time. Klue is a category-defining competitive intelligence company backed by venture capital, with a startup-like environment where ideas matter and you can shape outcomes. The team is small, mighty, and AI-first. Benefits include extended health and dental from day one, employee stock options for all full-time staff, flexible vacation (take the time you need), top-tier equipment (Mac or PC), and regular company gatherings including an annual Vancouver kickoff. London, Toronto, and Vancouver are the main hiring hubs.
