Granola is an AI-powered team workspace and second brain built for the modern knowledge worker, starting as an AI notepad for back-to-back meetings and evolving into a shared collaborative platform. The company is used by leading tech companies including Vercel, Cursor, Lovable, Salesforce, and Doordash, and is expanding its go-to-market teams across London and San Francisco. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a core member of Granola's GTM motion, responsible for engaging high-intent inbound leads and product-qualified users to generate and qualify new sales opportunities. You'll work across both inbound and outbound motions, running targeted outreach to priority accounts and personas using a value-led approach. Key responsibilities include: qualifying prospects through discovery calls to understand needs and buying readiness; closing high-velocity accounts and handing off qualified opportunities to Account Executives; collaborating with AEs, product, and growth teams to share field insights and improve conversion; and helping build and refine outbound messaging, qualification criteria, and SDR playbooks based on what works in the market. You'll bring 1–3+ years of SDR or similar revenue-facing experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated ability to handle both inbound and outbound motions. Strong qualification skills, comfort running discovery conversations, and familiarity with high-velocity sales environments and modern sales tooling are essential. Exposure to structured sales training or methodologies is a plus. You are curious, coachable, and comfortable learning fast in an early-stage environment. You're a clear, confident communicator who can engage senior stakeholders, highly organized, and motivated by impact. You're a builder energized by creating something from the ground up, excited to work in-person in the London office, and comfortable owning challenges without perfect information. You value working with kind, ambitious, and pragmatic teammates. Compensation is competitive and includes salary, variable pay, and equity, reflecting the company's philosophy of hiring the best talent in the market and paying accordingly.
