As a Sales Development Representative based in Flexport's London office, you will be a key driver of the company's European growth strategy. You will identify and create new sales opportunities by strategically reaching out to well-fit companies and initiating conversations about Flexport's solutions. Working alongside Account Executives across Europe, you will prioritize strategic opportunities and demonstrate the value of Flexport's offerings through phone calls, email, and social channels. This role is designed as a launchpad for your tech sales career. You will receive daily coaching from experienced sales leaders and have clear pathways to advance into Account Executive or Account Manager positions. You'll shadow senior team members in client meetings and activities to develop consultative selling skills. The sales development team is viewed as the talent engine for the broader sales organization, with emphasis on empowerment and skill development. You should be a high-energy communicator who enjoys phone-based selling and adding value to customers. A bachelor's degree or higher is expected, along with some sales or commercial experience. You are solution-oriented, commercially minded, and thrive in fast-moving tech environments. Strong empathy, enthusiasm, and the ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions are essential.
