As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the driving force behind the sales function, responsible for setting up qualified meetings with Talent Acquisition and HR executives at leading US businesses. You will work closely with Enterprise Account Executives to identify quality sales opportunities and expand into new markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Enterprise Account Executives to identify quality sales opportunities and grow new markets
- Exciting prospects about becoming Eightfold customers and communicating the benefits of industry-leading AI technology
- Evangelizing Eightfold across the Talent Acquisition and HR communities
- Implementing cold calling and outbound prospecting strategies using best practices
Required qualifications:
- 6+ months of sales or related experience (candidates looking to start their first sales role will be considered)
- Comfort with best practice prospecting techniques and cold calling/outbound strategy
- Passion for selling and ability to communicate value proposition
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, organize, and prioritize
