As a Sales Development Representative based in Bangalore, you will support the US-based sales team by building and managing a qualified pipeline of opportunities for Coram AI's video security platform. You'll conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify and engage potential customers across multiple industries. You'll also respond quickly to inbound leads, research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and tailor outreach to their business needs.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate CRM records, collaborating with Account Executives on lead handoffs, and consistently hitting daily/weekly activity targets (calls, emails, meetings booked). The role requires working US hours (night shift, until 3 AM IST) and working onsite in Bangalore.
You should have 1–5 years of sales development or outbound SMB SaaS experience, strong English communication skills, and competitive drive. CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) is a plus. You'll need grit, resilience, and the ability to quickly learn and articulate complex technology value propositions.
