As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the engine of new business growth in the Turkish B2B market. You'll execute targeted outbound prospecting and account penetration strategies to generate qualified sales opportunities for our Learning & Development customer segment. Your day-to-day work involves multi-channel lead engagement (social selling, cold calls, email sequences, event follow-up), qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and conducting persistent follow-up until meetings are set. You'll collaborate closely with experienced sales leaders, conduct market research, and contribute strategic insights to build out Cambly's sales playbook and tech stack.
Key responsibilities include driving new business growth through outbound prospecting, mastering the lead lifecycle from generation through qualified handoff to Account Executives, and supporting marketing activities. You'll develop deep market knowledge of the Turkish B2B landscape, particularly HR and Learning Development teams.
Required: native Turkish fluency and C1/C2 English proficiency; 2+ years in Sales Development, BDR, or similar outbound commercial roles; proven quota achievement; direct B2B experience in the Turkish market; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; CRM and sales engagement tool expertise; ideally prior experience with HR, L&D, or edtech companies. You're self-motivated, results-driven, entrepreneurial, with strong organizational skills and comfort in fast-paced remote environments.
