AirGarage is digitizing the $131 billion US parking real estate market by replacing fragmented software and manual operations with a unified, data-rich operating system. The company handles payments, dynamic pricing, enforcement, license plate recognition, analytics, and more—delivering 20-50%+ revenue increases for real estate owners like Hines, Greystar, and Meta.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the engine of the sales pipeline, responsible for qualifying high-value parking asset owner prospects and booking discovery calls for Account Executives. Unlike typical high-volume SDR roles, this position demands extensive strategic research, customized messaging, and an account-based approach to targeting decision-makers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting using tools like Reonomy, Crexi, and ZoomInfo to identify parking asset owners and key decision-makers in your territory
- Multi-channel outreach via personalized emails, cold calls, texts, LinkedIn, and social selling
- Qualification conversations to assess AirGarage fit and prospect readiness
- Scheduling qualified meetings and providing thorough account research notes for smooth handoffs to Account Executives
- Cross-departmental feedback to optimize processes and training
You will work closely with the VP of Sales, Head of Sales Development, Head of Sales Operations, Account Executives, and fellow SDRs. The company emphasizes coaching, mentorship, and personal development from sales leadership.
Required: Strong growth mindset, self-accountability, adaptability to startup pace, exceptional strategic research capabilities, comfort with outbound cold calling, and receptivity to coaching. Nice-to-have: 1+ years enterprise sales, B2B sales, or sales development experience. Preferred: hands-on Salesforce and Sales Engagement tool (Outreach) experience.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on consultative selling, enjoys daily rejection as a learning opportunity, and is committed to continuous self-improvement. You must be willing to do deep research to understand customer pain points and tailor pitches accordingly.
