Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 / annual

You'll lead and scale Coram's Associate Account Executive (AAE) program—an accelerated sales development track designed to turn ambitious early-career talent into full-cycle Account Executives in 12–18 months rather than the traditional 2–3 years. This is a hands-on leadership role combining people development with direct sales accountability.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of AAEs across outbound prospecting, cold calling, discovery, and qualification
- Own team performance metrics: outbound activity, qualified pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue goals
- Run 1:1s, call reviews, pipeline reviews, and team trainings
- Build a high-performance culture centered on accountability, competition, and continuous improvement
- Identify performance gaps using data and refine outbound strategy iteratively
- Prepare top performers for promotion into full-cycle AE roles
- Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to expose AAEs to the full sales cycle
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp future AAE cohorts as the team scales
- Develop repeatable coaching and training processes that scale with the organization
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years B2B technology sales, sales development, or SaaS sales experience
- 1+ years managing, coaching, or developing SDRs, BDRs, AAEs, or similar early-career sales professionals
- Demonstrated success building and managing high-performing outbound teams
- Strong expertise in modern outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, multi-channel)
- Proven ability to coach sales fundamentals: cold calling, qualification, discovery, objection handling, pipeline generation
- Metrics-driven mindset with ability to translate data into actionable coaching
- Track record of above-target performance in previous roles
- Resilience in fast-paced, challenging environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in Salt Lake City
