Salary: USD 102,000 - 127,000 / annual

AlphaSense is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead and scale the Sales Development team in New York. Reporting to the Director of Sales Development, you will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional sales talent while driving pipeline generation and new business growth. In this role, you will coach and mentor Sales Development Representatives to secure high-quality meetings with senior executives, ensuring the team meets or exceeds KPIs. You'll establish scalable sales development strategies, partner on go-to-market initiatives including email, phone, and social messaging, and implement professional development programming to prepare team members for advancement within the organization. Key responsibilities include: tracking and analyzing key performance trends to inform data-driven decisions; partnering with Talent Acquisition to identify and attract top sales development talent; and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You are a passionate trainer and coach with a deep commitment to developing sales talent. You excel at creative problem-solving, leverage data to make informed decisions, and naturally motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and remain adaptable when strategies need adjustment.
