As Sales Development Manager for the Middle East region, you will build and lead a high-performing SDR team while owning the outbound sales strategy for enterprise customers. You'll be responsible for designing and refining the outbound playbook—including research, prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and social outreach—tailored to the Middle East market. Working closely with Account Executives and sales leadership, you'll translate ElevenLabs' breakthrough voice technology into new pipeline opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building, coaching, and managing an SDR team with high standards for outbound execution and pipeline generation
- Designing and continuously optimizing the outbound playbook for the ME market
- Partnering with Account Executives to align on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends
- Owning KPI tracking and reporting (conversion rates, lead quality, outreach effectiveness) and using data to optimize strategy
- Collaborating with sales leadership to scale processes as the team and market mature
- Serving as escalation point and mentor, unblocking deals and developing rep skills
