Salary: GBP 26,000 - 36,500 / annual

As a Sales Completion Specialist, you'll be a core member of the Sales Completion team—the operational heart of the business. Your role bridges technology and human expertise, guiding customers through the post-auction experience to ensure fair outcomes for both sellers and dealers. Key responsibilities include: - Serving as a trusted expert for car sellers, delivering seamless post-auction support - Leading negotiations between sellers and dealers through excellent communication, ensuring equitable deals - Collaborating with your team to hit targets, boost conversion rates, and maintain quality standards - Working with Account Management teams to align seller and dealer expectations - Testing new platform features and providing feedback to shape product direction You'll need a genuine passion for helping people and strong rapport-building skills. A proven track record of hitting targets in fast-paced, customer-facing environments is essential. You should be confident in negotiation—both verbal and written—and thrive in collaborative, high-performance team settings. Experience with KPIs and target-driven roles is required. The role is Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–5:30 PM, with flexibility to work from home one day per week. The sea-fronted Brighton office offers regular social events, weekly massages, and free snacks. Compensation includes a £26,000 base salary plus commission (£36,500 OTE), stock options, pension contributions (5%), 25 days holiday, private medical insurance via BUPA, enhanced family leave (26 weeks full pay for maternity/adoption), EV leasing, cycle-to-work scheme, and a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme.
