Salary: GBP 26,000 - 36,500 / annual

Motorway is the UK's largest online car-selling platform, connecting private sellers with over 8,000 dealers nationwide. Founded in 2017 and backed by leading technology investors (£143M Series C), the company is redefining how people sell cars through a technology-led marketplace. As a Sales Completion Specialist, you'll be a core member of the Sales Completion team—the operational heart of the business. Your role bridges technology and human expertise, guiding car sellers through the post-auction process to ensure they achieve the best possible prices. Key responsibilities include: - Serving as the trusted expert guide for car sellers, delivering a seamless post-auction experience - Leading negotiations between sellers and dealers through excellent communication, ensuring fair outcomes for all parties - Hitting team targets and conversion goals while maintaining high quality standards - Collaborating with Account Management teams to align seller and dealer expectations - Testing new platform features and providing feedback to shape product development You'll work Monday to Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm, with flexibility to work from home one day per week. The role is based in Motorway's sea-fronted Brighton office. Ideal candidates have a genuine passion for helping people, proven ability to hit targets in fast-paced environments, strong negotiation skills (phone and email), and experience in customer-facing roles with KPI accountability. You thrive in collaborative team settings and maintain high standards under pressure. Compensation includes £26,000 base salary plus commission (£36,500 OTE), stock options, pension contributions (5%), 25 days holiday, private medical insurance, enhanced parental leave (26 weeks full pay for maternity/adoption), EV leasing, cycle-to-work scheme, and regular office perks including weekly massages and free snacks.
