As a Sales Associate focused on Strategic & National Accounts, you will identify and generate high-value opportunities for Account Executives to close. You'll serve as the initial point of contact for prospects, developing trusted relationships through research-driven outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn. This role emphasizes thoughtful account research, multi-threaded prospecting into complex organizations, and strategic stakeholder engagement.
You'll leverage AI tools thoughtfully to automate repetitive tasks, enhance account research, personalize outreach, and improve sales workflow effectiveness while maintaining sound judgment and high-quality prospect interactions. The Sales Associate team is collaborative and diverse, with a focus on continuous learning and career development. Top performers take extreme ownership of their process, remain diligent in follow-up, and demonstrate perseverance.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, at least one year of sales experience in any industry, demonstrated ability to prospect into complex/enterprise/national accounts, and proficiency with AI tools and sales platforms (SalesLoft, Outreach, Salesforce, SalesNav). You should have superior communication skills, strategic account prioritization ability, and a passion for advancing healthcare access to marginalized populations.
Nice-to-have experience includes 6-9 months as an SDR, client-facing roles, and background in fertility, reproductive health, healthcare, employee benefits, or related industries.
