BIT (formerly Matrixport) is a global digital asset financial services and infrastructure group headquartered in Singapore. The company bridges traditional finance and digital assets through governance-driven financial services and technology, managing over US$7 billion in assets and facilitating more than US$7 billion in monthly trading volume. BIT offers custody, trading, asset and wealth management, liquidity and financing solutions, and tokenized real-world assets (RWA), serving institutional and professional investors globally with a licensed and regulated footprint across Singapore, Hong Kong, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Bhutan. In this Sales and Business Development Manager role, you will drive full-funnel sales across BIT's entire product suite from first contact to close. You'll develop new accounts while growing revenue from existing clients through cross-selling opportunities. The role requires active market presence at conferences, meetups, and summits to increase BIT's visibility and impact. You'll serve as a bridge between clients and the product team, bringing client feedback directly to inform product development. Success in this position means building lasting client relationships that generate referrals and drive long-term retention. You are an experienced sales professional with authentic market credibility and genuine relationships across the digital asset and financial services ecosystem. You don't rely on buzzwords—you hold authentic conversations with key opinion leaders, funds, project teams, and retail communities, and people actually pick up when you call. You have real market experience across at least one full market cycle and speak the language naturally. Your background includes B2B or B2C sales experience in financial services, platforms, data providers, or infrastructure, and you understand how deals get done. You bring an existing network of clients, offline circles, and channels you can activate—not just a contact list, but actual relationships. You have strong market instincts, track what's moving, adapt your pitch to market conditions, and don't need hand-holding to stay relevant. You're a self-starter who owns your pipeline and your outcomes. Bonus qualifications include being based in or having strong existing networks across the Asia-Pacific region, having your own side project or experience organizing a community, DAO, or meetup, and multilingual capabilities (Mandarin + English minimum; Cantonese or other Asian languages a plus).
