Monday.com is an AI work platform used by 250,000+ customers to manage workflows and deploy AI agents at scale. The company is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business growth in the Israel market.
You will own the full sales cycle from discovery through close, targeting enterprise companies across Israel. Your responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles focused on new business acquisition
- Develop and present complex commercial offers tailored to client needs
- Build deep, consultative relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, legal, procurement) to deliver solutions aligned with customer business outcomes
- Identify growth signals and develop strategic expansion plans
- Navigate legal and procurement discussions to closure
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, driving product and process improvements

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in B2B software subscription sales
- Proven outbound sales experience with a strong hunter mentality
- Demonstrated ability to create and negotiate complex commercial offers
- Revenue quota-carrying experience
- Native Hebrew speaker (required for this market)
- Experience leading contract negotiations and managing legal conversations
- Proven success building and managing executive-level relationships
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
