Scarlet is a medical device certification and regulatory compliance platform that uses AI agents and software to accelerate the certification process for medical technology companies. The company helps ambitious healthtech firms bring AI-enabled medical devices to market faster without compromising safety standards. As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from discovery through close, building relationships with regulatory and operations leaders at cutting-edge medical technology companies. You'll become a regulatory expert capable of understanding and addressing the complex certification needs of customers developing AI-enabled medical devices, radiology systems, surgical augmented reality tools, and other advanced healthcare technologies. Key responsibilities include: - Building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers at innovative healthcare technology companies, including in-person engagement at major industry conferences (MEDICA, RSNA) and customer sites globally - Sourcing, owning, and closing deals with the right customers - Collaborating with teammates to bring relevant expertise to different stages of the sales motion - Communicating Scarlet's value proposition effectively to complex stakeholders - Working with the Sales function to continuously improve processes - Sharing customer insights to inform go-to-market strategy and product development This is a London-based role with global reach, requiring travel to customer sites and industry events worldwide. REQUIREMENTS: - 2-3 years of B2B commercial experience - Insatiable curiosity about people and what drives them - High emotional intelligence to navigate complex relationships, understand stakeholder drivers, communicate creatively, and close complex deals - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Self-starter mentality with high agency and ownership of outcomes - Preferred: experience in healthcare and/or regulated industries
