The Channel Solution Engineer role focuses on developing the sales and technical capability of Frame's reseller and MSP (Managed Service Provider) ecosystem. This is a hands-on position that bridges sales engineering and enablement, helping partners understand how to sell, implement, and support the Frame Security platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and execute high-impact partner enablement sessions and Proof of Concept (PoC) evaluations that communicate Frame's value and secure technical buy-in from stakeholders
- Serve as the technical backbone for reseller and MSP partners, providing training and support to scale market presence and ensure partner-led success
- Develop and deliver partner sales and technical onboarding, training, workshops, webinars, and certification programs
- Enable partner sales and technical teams to confidently demonstrate Frame and communicate its value and differentiation
- Create enablement materials including demo guides, technical pitch decks, discovery guides, battlecards, implementation guides, MSP playbooks, FAQs, and self-service training content
- Identify common knowledge gaps and technical challenges across the partner ecosystem and build resources to address them
- Work closely with Channel, Sales Engineering, Enablement, and Marketing teams to keep partner enablement aligned with product and go-to-market strategy
- Continuously improve enablement based on partner feedback, adoption, and performance
Success will be measured by partners enabled, partner ramp time, and sales cycle impact.
Requirements: Not explicitly stated in the posting. The role requires strong sales engineering instincts, teaching and content creation skills, understanding of partner needs, and ability to develop scalable enablement programs.
