Monday.com is an AI work platform used by 250,000+ customers to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform. The company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth in the Israeli market.
In this role, you will own the complete sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close, with a focus on landing new enterprise customers. You will develop and present complex commercial offers tailored to client needs, build deep consultative relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise companies, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that map directly to customer business outcomes. You will proactively identify growth signals, expand account value, guide legal and procurement discussions to closure, and serve as the voice of the customer internally to drive product and process improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in B2B software subscription sales
- Proven experience in outbound sales with a strong hunter mentality
- Demonstrated ability to create and negotiate complex commercial offers
- Revenue quota-carrying experience
- Native Hebrew speaker (required for this market)
- Experience leading contract negotiations and navigating legal conversations
- Proven success building and managing executive-level relationships
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Collaborative spirit with drive to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
