Gradial is hiring a Regional Vice President of Sales for EMEA to establish and scale the company's commercial presence across the region. You will own the complete EMEA sales strategy, build relationships with leading enterprise marketing organizations, and create the foundation for durable regional growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced enterprise seller who can build a market while closing complex strategic deals. You'll begin as an individual contributor, owning priority opportunities from first conversation through contract execution and setting the standard for how Gradial sells across EMEA. You'll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and serve as Gradial's senior sales leader in the region.
Key responsibilities include: defining and executing Gradial's sales strategy across all EMEA markets; owning regional new business performance, pipeline development, and revenue growth; building and managing a pipeline of net new enterprise and strategic accounts; leading complex sales cycles from initial outreach through close; developing trusted relationships with senior Marketing, Digital, Marketing Operations, and Procurement leaders; translating AI-powered capabilities into clear commercial value; building account strategies that navigate regional decision-makers and multi-market buying processes; partnering with US account teams on expansion opportunities; establishing regional presence through executive relationships and industry networks; collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Customer teams on regional messaging and strategy; sharing customer insights and competitive intelligence; building forecasting discipline and sales processes; defining the regional hiring plan and recruiting the sales team as the business grows; and leading, coaching, and developing the EMEA sales organization.
Required qualifications: 12+ years in enterprise SaaS, marketing technology, or related technology sales; strong record of winning complex, net new enterprise accounts across EMEA; experience owning regional sales strategy or multi-market commercial plans; experience selling to senior Marketing, Digital, Technology, and Procurement stakeholders; deep knowledge of the EMEA enterprise market with strong industry relationships; experience establishing new regions or go-to-market motions with limited infrastructure; strong understanding of marketing technology platforms and enterprise marketing workflows; ability to communicate AI and technical capabilities in commercial terms; experience navigating long sales cycles and global buying committees; strong commercial judgment and prioritization skills; hands-on approach to pipeline creation and deal execution; experience building sales processes and creating regional operating discipline; ability to operate independently while collaborating with US-based leadership; and motivation to begin as an individual contributor before hiring and leading a regional team.
