The Revenue Operations Analyst role is a hands-on position focused on building and operating the systems, data, and workflows that power Deepgram's go-to-market organization. This is not a traditional role—the company moves at the pace of AI, with rapid change and continuous evolution expected.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and improving quote-to-cash workflows (CPQ, order forms, contract changes, subscriptions, entitlements, downstream system updates)
- Partnering with Finance and GTM Engineering on usage-based billing and monetization workflows, including reconciliation across CRM, product, billing, and finance systems
- Serving as a hands-on Salesforce and GTM systems operator, building reports, dashboards, flows, automations, and system enhancements
- Maintaining data quality and governance across accounts, opportunities, contracts, usage, renewals, and customer records
- Troubleshooting and resolving GTM systems and process issues, identifying root causes rather than applying manual workarounds
- Identifying repetitive or high-friction workflows and building automation and AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual effort
- Supporting systems and reporting for forecasting, routing, territory, quota, and commission decisions
- Partnering with the Director of GTM Engineering on system requirements, testing, implementation, documentation, and optimization
- Creating scalable operating processes as the company grows while staying close to day-to-day work that surfaces system improvement needs
The ideal candidate is comfortable with rapid change, excited to experiment and learn constantly, and not seeking a traditional 9-to-5 role. The company emphasizes consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities as key to success.

- 3–4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or related role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Track record of improving workflows, not just executing existing processes
- Comfort using AI and automation tools to reduce manual work and improve operations
- Ability to work cross-functionally across GTM, Finance, and technical teams
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience in usage-based or consumption-based business models
- Experience with CPQ and contract-generation tools
- Familiarity with billing or metering systems
- SQL or experience working with GTM/customer data
- Experience with tools such as Claude, Cursor, n8n, Workato, Retool, or similar automation environments
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or AI companies
