Veho is a Series B logistics and ecommerce infrastructure company with strong product-market fit and an impressive client roster including HelloFresh, Zara, Macy's, and Sephora. The company is building a modern, end-to-end logistics platform designed for ecommerce brands and consumers, making shipping, delivery, and returns seamless.
As Director of Revenue Marketing, you will own the complete revenue marketing engine—responsible for converting market opportunity into consistent, predictable pipeline and revenue. The core challenge: in a category with long buying cycles and significant commercial decisions, you must build systems to keep Veho in front of the right accounts across paid media, nurture, referrals, ABM, and retargeting, while generating new demand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build an integrated demand engine capturing new-logo acquisition, nurture, referrals, paid media, ABM, retargeting, and conversion into one cohesive system
- Create always-on demand motions with programs, sequencing, content, and triggers that keep prospects engaged before they're ready to buy
- Own paid media strategy and agency relationships, with accountability tied to qualified pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics
- Establish operating rhythms with Sales and RevOps around MQLs, SQLs, SQOs, and closed-won/lost performance
- Build a culture of experimentation—test channels, scale winners, and stop what doesn't work
- Transform referrals from informal/episodic into a repeatable, always-on growth channel
- Test new acquisition channels and lay groundwork for account-based programs in priority verticals
- Leverage AI for targeting, segmentation, nurture, optimization, and analysis as a core operating tool
You'll have the freedom to build from the ground up (not inherit a finished machine), commercial accountability to measure what works, and a product that customers genuinely love.
Required experience: 7+ years in revenue marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or related discipline; 2+ years owning a demand or revenue marketing function end-to-end; proven track record building or materially rebuilding a demand engine in high-growth B2B or B2B2C environments; direct experience owning paid media strategy with dollar-tied performance accountability; strong partnership experience with Sales and RevOps around pipeline, attribution, and revenue; experience marketing products with long consideration cycles where most of the market isn't actively buying.
Ideal candidate is a 0-to-1 builder (not just an optimizer), thinks in SQOs and revenue first, sees marketing as an integrated system, and can turn informal processes into repeatable mechanisms.
