- Drive adoption of sales processes and reinforce consistent execution across the global AM organization.
- Partner with Product Enablement, Product Marketing, and GTM Enablement peers to ensure AMs have current messaging, competitive intelligence, and product knowledge.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from opportunity identification through program design, stakeholder alignment, execution, and measurement.
- Deliver relevant, high-impact AM enablement sessions, including launching initial programs within the first 90 days.
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to track enablement effectiveness, reporting on both leading and lagging indicators.
- Leverage AI and technology to improve the effectiveness, reach, and scalability of enablement programs.
Required qualifications: 4+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or GTM-focused roles supporting Account Management or Post-Sales organizations. Strong understanding of AM/Post-Sales business, expansion motions, and performance drivers. Proven track record leading programs from need identification through design, launch, and measurement with demonstrated results in NRR, pipeline generation, or account growth. Strong analytical skills with experience using Gong, Highspot, Seismic, and CRM reporting. Knowledge of B2B SaaS sales methodologies (Command of the Message, MEDDPICC). Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional peers, building alignment and influencing without direct authority. Comfortable operating in ambiguity, creating structure, and balancing strategic thinking with bias for action. Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for diverse audiences. Open to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
