Salary: USD 51,802 - 69,056 / annual
Babylist Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Operations Specialist to serve as the on-site operational anchor for their Severna Park, MD office (just outside Baltimore). This role blends revenue cycle support with day-to-day office operations, requiring a full-time, five-days-per-week on-site presence during EST business hours.
You will be the primary in-person point of contact for the office, working closely with remote teammates and external partners. Key responsibilities include:
• Support daily billing and revenue cycle workflows to ensure timely and accurate operations
• Open, sort, prioritize, and route incoming mail and documents to appropriate destinations
• Upload and manage required documentation in Niko with precision and care
• Flag urgent items, discrepancies, and issues, escalating to the right partners
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact and keep office operations running smoothly
• Answer live calls via Aircall during office hours, return voicemails promptly, and direct callers appropriately
• Monitor incoming communications and respond or route as needed

Qualifications:
• Experience in administrative, operations, or office support roles (healthcare or insurance billing exposure is a plus, not required)
• Ability to run the operational backbone of an office—sorting and routing mail and documents, uploading paperwork accurately, and keeping daily workflows on track
• Detail-oriented and trustworthy with sensitive information; accuracy and discretion are non-negotiable
• Proficiency or quick learning ability with digital document, mail, and call tools like Niko, Earth Class Mail, and Aircall
• Clear, kind communicator who keeps remote teammates and external partners informed
• Proactive and flexible; you spot what needs doing and pitch in without being asked
• Comfortable using AI in your work; at Babylist, every team uses AI daily, and you should be already using it to move faster and improve output
• Must be available on-site at Severna Park, MD office five days a week during standard business hours (EST); consistent presence is essential
